Habits are the invisible architecture of daily life. We repeat about 40% of our behavior almost daily, so if we change our habits, we change our lives. But that observation just raises the question: “Okay, how do I change my habits?” In this five-part virtual book club, we’ll explore the answers to that question through Gretchen Rubin’s book, “Better Than Before.”
This program is part of the Virtual Book Club series hosted by Olivia Cunningham, Learning & Talent Development Specialist. The Virtual Book Club can be completed at your own pace – join at any time – and you don’t need to buy the book to participate.
By signing up, you’ll receive an email each week (on the dates listed in D2LA) with a pre-recorded video, a prompt for reflection, links to helpful resources, and access to the Virtual Book Club Microsoft Teams community, where you can connect with the facilitator and other participants!
The day of the Virtual Book Club, participants will receive an email with the link to the video and supplemental materials. More
