Monday Mindful Moments
MIND-101
Join Kristen Nice, 500 Registered Yoga Teacher, for Monday Mindful Moments 8:00-8:15am to get yourself centered and ready for the week ahead.

According to the Mayo Clinic, research shows that meditation can build skills to manage stress, reduce negative emotions, increase creativity and manage symptoms of anxiety, heart disease, and chronic pain, just to name a few. A common misunderstanding of meditation is that the goal is to empty the mind, which seems daunting and even impossible. However, the goal of meditation is to quiet the mind in a way that those thoughts don't lead us to be caught up in the worrying, planning, thinking, and reasoning that leads to harmful stress. Start your week in a way that will support you to be productive and present.

Get Big Things Done: The Power of Connectional Intelligence (Pre-Recorded)
DGV-136
We typically associate success and leadership with smarts, passion and luck. But in today’s hypercompetitive world, even those gifts aren’t enough. In this one-hour pre-recorded session, Harvard researcher and CEO of Cotential Erica Dhawan argues that the game changer is a thoroughly modern skill called Connectional Intelligence (CxQ). Virtually anyone can maximize their potential, and achieve breakthrough performance, by developing this crucial ability.

So, what is it? Connectional Intelligence is the ability to combine knowledge, ambition and human capital, forging connections on a global scale that create unprecedented value and meaning. As radical a concept as Emotional Intelligence was in the 90s, Connectional Intelligence is turning people into superconnectors who accelerate innovation, break down silos and foster breakthrough top and bottom line impact.

This dynamic, engaging, high-energy, fast-paced keynote will help participants understand the practice of using connectional intelligence as the key to professional success and leadership in the 21st century.

One day before the presentation, participants will receive an email with the link to the presentation and a participant guidebook.

How to Find Your “Flow”
DGV-111
When was the last time you felt fully engaged in a task and the hours just melted away? That’s your flow state, something that psychology researcher Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi, from Claremont Graduate University in California, identified. And it’s something we’ve all experienced before. “Flow” is simply that optimal state of mind in which we feel and perform our best, and it doesn’t have to be mysterious or elusive. In this interactive Zoom seminar, learn more about the value of your “flow state” from TED speaker Diane Allen. Together, we’ll explore how to gain awareness of your flow state and what you can do to tap into it more often. More
