Developed and facilitated by Learning and Talent Development
Specialist Kimberly McLaughlin Smith, this introspective session encourages
participants to recognize the inherent worth of their voices. The session
fosters the notion that each person is deserving of self-advocacy and has the
power to uplift less empowered voices around them. There’s a quiet strength
earned moment by moment when we find the inner courage to speak up.
